The library offers a number of specialized services for your convenience. Select the tab to get more details about each of our services. Some services are fee-based to cover the library's costs to provide these services.
The library offers public computers and wi-fi. Computers are located on the second floor of the library, and staff at the help desk can assist you. Log on to the computer with your library card or, if you do not have a card, ask for a temporary pass. Computer access is free but is limited according by demand.
Free wi-fi is available throughout the library; the device to obtain a username and password is on the first floor of the library near the library catalog computer.
The library has a self-serve fax/scanning machine on the 2nd floor.
Scan documents and send them by fax for 25 cents per page or send by email for free.
You can receive an email confirmation when the fax is received or email the document to yourself, as well.
The library has self-serve copiers on both floors. The first floor copier is coin-only. The second floor copier will accept credit cards, coins, and cash ($1's and $5's).
The library has a self-serve print station on the second floor. Items can be printed from library computers or use our wireless printing service. Ask at the desk about wireless printing.
Fees for copying and printing are:
0.15 / page for black & white printing
0.50 / page for color printing

Notary service is available during most hours of operation. To ensure availability, call the library to make an appointment at 304-627-2236, otherwise there may be a wait. This is a free service.
The Clarksburg-Harrison Public Library is a passport acceptance facilty. The library accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens
planning international travel may apply for passports by appointment only. Call the library at 304-627-2236 to schedule your appointment. For application forms, information on documentation required, fees, and a wealth of other passport and international travel information, visit the official website for passport information - travel.state.gov. The library does not take passport photographs so you will need to bring those with you to your appointment.
